2026 Lent Groups

There will be a number of Lent Groups taking place across the Area this year. Physical groups will take place in Marchington, Kingstone, Stramshall and Uttoxeter (deals on the image above)

Jules will lead a zoom group following the national Big Church Read for the Area, using this book: https://thebigchurchread.co.uk/wild-bright-hope/. The book is available at a number of on-line outlets and is currently reduced at Abe Books or Music Magpie. Participants will need a copy of the book and read chapters as detailed below for the zoom sessions.

There will be 6 zoom sessions on:

Thursday 19th Feb (Chapters 1 & 2)

Thursday 26th Feb (Chapters 3 & 4)

Thursday 5th March (Chapters 5 & 6)

Thursday 12th March (Chapters 7 & 8)

Thursday 19th March (Chapters 9 & 10)

Monday 30th March (in Holy Week to finish) (Chapters 11 & 12)
